We used polyester tulle fabric
Cape:
Tulle fabric 150 cm wide,
Color 1, 40 cm
Color 2, 55 cm
Color 3 70 cm
Color 4 85 cm
Wand:
Batting: 10 cm
Solid fabric 10 cm
Tulle fabric 10 cm
You will need:
Tulle fabric in 4 different colors
Sewing thread matching
Satin band 40 cm
Push button
Batting
Textile glue
Wooden stick 30-35 cm long approx 5-8 mm wide.
Solid fabric eg. linen or cotton fabric to use under the tulle layer on the star. 10x10 cm
